Job Description:
Current CA RN with 3 years experience in utilization review and discharge planning in an acute care hospital . BSN or CCM preferred and BLS required. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians and ancillary departments as well as outside agencies, facilities, and 3rd party payors. Excellent assessment and strong critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize, attention to detail, self-directed and assertive. Knowledge of InterQual Criteria required.
